I put it in the power supply, and at first I was upset by the noise, a little quieter than the ancient standard fan. I thought about a replacement, but gradually delved into the essence of the matter. There are no temperature sensors in the PSU, and the fan was spinning at full speed (according to the passport 1350 rpm, according to Aida64 - up to 1440), while the main noise, kmk, was not from the engine, but from the fan blades. I installed the ASUS Fan Expert utility to control the rotation speed, everything turned out to be noticeably better at 1200 rpm, at 1000 it’s good, at 600 it’s not audible (on auto-tuning, ASUS Fan Expert turns it at a speed of 600+/-, although it focuses on the processor temperature )
