This is exactly what I was looking for! I have coolaroo curtains on my outdoor patio but the afternoon sun still made it too hot and bright. I hung this fabric from a cord outside of the porch post and I still have the coolaroo shades inside. The result is a terrace that can now be used at any time of the day. Normally when we have a party all the guests make their way to the air conditioner around 2pm but that wasn't the last party, it was 88 degrees and sunny but everyone stayed on the terrace. The only negative is that something was written on the fabric and I hope it will rub off after a few rains. I have attached some photos
