Review on Dorhui by Keith Leach

My overall purchasing experience at Dorhui left a lot to be desired, especially as an experienced maker. The website was sluggish and difficult to navigate, and there is room for improvement in the operation of the search bar. Although the product descriptions were sufficient, there was a very small selection of products to choose from, and I was unable to locate several really important items. The quality of the customer support was subpar, and it took a very long time for me to get an answer to the question I had asked. In addition, the quality of several of the things was below average, and I received some items that had been damaged while they were being shipped. To be able to compete with other online crafts stores, Dorhui needs to enhance not just its website but also its assortment, customer service, and the quality of its products.
