Review on Accurate Readings at Your Fingertips: Taylor Commercial Digital Panel Mount Thermometer by Jonathan Clark

I have used this thermometer (twice) to check wort temperature when brewing beer. I bought this device because my last thermometer (also tested by me) finally broke after many years of intensive use and is currently unavailable :(It is very difficult to find accurate food thermometers that are suitable for immersion in boiling water are rated, but I digress On the third use, the device stopped reading properly (indicating the temperature was below the minimum maintained.) This usually indicates a broken/damaged power cord, but I couldn't find it Unit has been used exactly 3 times and has not been abused however!, warranty expired just before this unit, got a more expensive unit with a spare thermocouple Bottom line, based on my sample size of 1, I should have suggested elsewhere to search.
