The ability to enter receipts in an electronic format is very helpful, as opposed we used paper tickets. We are able to track our expenses much easier this way! There isn't anything I dislike about smart touch yet; however, there may be something that you have not thought of or it has been overlooked during setup/integration phase. Receipt entry into accounts payable software was at times difficult due to being unable access all information such as vendors address which would cause errors if entered incorrectly therefore leading us back through previous transactions looking for correct vendor info - causing extra time spent searching for details rather than entering correctly straight away.
