Somewhat problematic Good for storage
I bought this drive with the case just to back up my Mac system. The actuators are sensitive to any movement of the cable in the connector and will disengage with a slight movement. OWC will redesign or replace the drive's USB-C connector with a higher quality, more reliable connector.
