I have the 8mm version and the 8mm shaft. When the manufacturer drilled and tapped threaded holes for the set screws (i.e. two threaded holes to connect the flange to the shaft plane that fitted therein, not four holes on the flange rim), they introduced burrs into the hole that they forgot to clean . The burrs prevent the flange from sliding over the burr onto the shaft. This may be a one off issue (everyone else seems happy) but both flanges I received are useless without modification. Filing fixes this, but the steel is pretty hard. You can re-drill the shaft hole if you have an 8mm metric drill bit. i give them back
