Review on Husqvarna 967983806 Vacuum Cleaner Orange by Antoine Scisson

Yes this is a VAC shop, I have no idea why they call it a vacuum cleaner. its heavy duty for the working environment. I have Shop Vacs, Feins, Festools, Craftsmans etc. Vacs should always be judged by their price. and for the current list price of $200 I'd say it's a great vacuum. First, it generates almost the same suction power as my Festools. it is wonderful. It offers both a pocket filter and a standard barrel filter, which is a must for wet cleaning. Of course, this is not a HEPA rating. The accessories are great, very well put together. The suction control on the handle is a nice feature, but not used that often as most people use full suction. The hose and cord are longer than most. The canister is strong and has a handle on the inside so it can be easily lifted to empty the sink etc. The top handle is strong and will not break. The wheels are typical, small in the front, big in the back, they follow you well. There is one unique feature that I have never noticed. There is a self cleaning button. You grab the hose to turn off the suction, press the flush button and it directs air through the filter in the opposite direction to remove heavy dust from the outside of the filter, very clever. A few quick taps of the cleaning button and you'll notice better suction! very innovative. You can buy vacuum cleaners much cheaper, or buy Festool, Fein, Bosch for 3 times as much. If your needs are limited to what it does and you don't need HEPA filtration, I would highly recommend this brand. They have an excellent reputation with all their products which is why they will never introduce a vacuum cleaner at the lower end of the market. I wish they had released more advanced models in the US as you can see from the manual. They allow you to connect your tool to the vacuum like a grinder. The vacuum turns on and off as the grinder turns on and off like more expensive equipment does. Highly recommended.
