After a day of use, I am happy with this monitor for use with my work computer. The design is elegant, and the resolution and colors when initially running "custom" screen settings are very pleasing and very pleasing to the eye. For computer monitor use, they seem to me to be the best of the other out-of-the-box options. The base was very shaky at first as others have reported. However, the main problem lies with the screw that connects the horizontal post to the vertical post at the bottom of the stand. They put a D-ring on this screw so you can tighten it with your fingers. This is insufficient. Use the right size flat head screwdriver (large) and you'll find that the screw is tightened a lot more than you thought. This makes the monitor's stability acceptable, if not excellent.
