The ability to create, edit and send out service proposals in a single platform is great. It's easy to use and has all of the features we need. I dislike that once you have created your proposal you are locked into it until you cancel. It would be nice if there were some way to add more items to a proposal. It could also be useful to have an option to upload attachments rather than having to manually attach them. We used to spend hours each month emailing each other quotes from our team members. Now with work rails we can easily save those drafts so they don't get deleted.
