Workrails is very useful for creating proposals

The ability to create, edit and send out service proposals in a single platform is great. It's easy to use and has all of the features we need. I dislike that once you have created your proposal you are locked into it until you cancel. It would be nice if there were some way to add more items to a proposal. It could also be useful to have an option to upload attachments rather than having to manually attach them. We used to spend hours each month emailing each other quotes from our team…

Easy setup & great Customer Support

I enjoy that we are able to use the same system every time, ensuring consistency across our sales team is key! It can get confusing at times with all of the choices out there but once you pick up, it's easy to find your way around! Make sure you talk through your process as sometimes other apps have slightly different processes which could lead people down wrong paths! We're using work rails primarily to enable us do onboarding more efficiently and consistently than any previous method we had…

The user interface is easy enough that even new users can use, as well their are no difficult features or steps you need to learn in order to start using them straight away - everything works intuitively, which makes life so much simpler! It's also incredibly useful how fast they make changes once feedback comes though; I have never been waiting more than two weeks after submitting an issue before being able to resolve my problem with our product owner/client manager team through ticket replies
