Easy setup & great Customer Support

I enjoy that we are able to use the same system every time, ensuring consistency across our sales team is key! It can get confusing at times with all of the choices out there but once you pick up, it's easy to find your way around! Make sure you talk through your process as sometimes other apps have slightly different processes which could lead people down wrong paths! We're using work rails primarily to enable us do onboarding more efficiently and consistently than any previous method we had used - to be honest, this has been one of the best aspects overall :) Nothing in particular really, everything just kinda works, no big issues here thankfully :). Being able to manage projects effectively between teams and within my own team by keeping track of what each member is working/doing. Workrails has the best customer support and is easy to use. The interface is very user friendly and intuitive. I have been using Workrails since it first started. I am very happy with the product and the support. There is nothing I dislike about Workrails. The best part is the support. They are always willing to help and are super friendly. I have been able to automate my sales process and eliminate a lot of time spent on manual tasks.
