The user interface is easy enough that even new users can use, as well their are no difficult features or steps you need to learn in order to start using them straight away - everything works intuitively, which makes life so much simpler! It's also incredibly useful how fast they make changes once feedback comes though; I have never been waiting more than two weeks after submitting an issue before being able to resolve my problem with our product owner/client manager team through ticket replies via email. At this stage there isn't anything i dislike about work rails other then perhaps not knowing certain things such as pricing etc but those would be very small issues indeed. We've seen results almost instantly since we started working together so now everyone knows exactly what products will help us achieve goals quicker, at lower costs, within budgeted timescales. Workrails has been a great tool to help us get our sales process automated and up to date. The customer service has been great and they have been able to help us with any issues we may have had. They are easy to work with and they have been really helpful. I don't have any dislikes about Workrails. I have been able to get my sales process up to date which has been really helpful. I am able to send out new SOWs to customers much faster and more efficiently.
