Review on Viotek GNV24CB 24 Inch Monitor 1920X1080P FreeSync 1920_X_1080, 144Hz, Curved_Screen by Scott Martin

Like another customer here, my monitors bought on April 1st, 2020 are now both non-functional (both of this model). One died a few months ago and the other last night, much to my chagrin. The monitors were great when they were working, but both monitors were set up and stayed in place the entire time they were in my home/office. They have not been mishandled and have not moved more than a few inches since purchase and installation. I have several other Viotek monitors that are much older but still work great. It just seems like a bad model. Contrary to the other review that mentioned replacing the PSU, the PSUs I received were 12V/3A. Both monitors have the same problem but the one that died first has a much worse problem since almost no screen is visible. After about 30 minutes, the last one to die was able to regain most of the screen, but this is still unacceptable. I would NOT recommend buying this model unless you don't mind spending again in just a few hours. Years.
