Used for USB power extension

I have several security IP cameras that don't support PoE (lame!) but the stem connector is different and not very long. Instead of replacing this cable and hoping I can connect one in the same way as the probably non-standard cable, I decided to extend the USB end of the power cord. stuck them on my cameras, everything worked without problems. I haven't tried running any data through them.
