I’ve been boxing close to ten years now. Won my share of amateur bouts in my 20’s. In that time, I’ve spent more money than I care to count on boxing coaches in numerous boxing gyms. These days, I’m just looking for a solid workout and a little bag work. This is as close as it gets to having a live coach in your garage. I’ve used other training bags. Nothing touches this. This "Peleton of boxing” is next level. If you’re really looking to change your physique, this is one of those unique products that keeps you accountable while it’s accessibility leaves no room for excuses. The price is nothing to balk at when you consider boxing gyms, on the whole, will charge around $500 a month if you’re looking for active training. This product is just stellar. I recommend adding the cross trainer as a supplement to the N3 for coordination work.
