You get what you pay for
We bought these for use in our restaurant. They get the job done, but there are a lot of issues compared to other similarly priced headphones. Cables will shorten very quickly if not handled with care. We had to throw three out because of this problem. Clips intended to attach the cord to the wearer's clothing can break very easily and then be lost. Sound quality is acceptable (quiet but clear). We're currently testing a few replacements for the remaining headphones we have.
