-Availability of all airlines.-A wide range:-Low cost carriers (LCC), Medium Cost Carriers(MMC)and Major High COST Airlines which are not available in traditional tools such as GTSBK or Xpert system. Very good customer support from team at BOC/Airgains end when I have any issue related their product then they resolve my issues within some time but sometimes its takes long days even weeks than expected by me! If there will be an option like demo so no need go through this problem again if one has already gone once without success try using them because after going few times we can realize best benefit out our budget rather buying expensive software packages. The best thing about this software or platform as I like to call it has been its ability to aggregate all of my flight information in one place so i can easily see what's going where when looking at fares from different airlines. Sometimes there are some issues but they do come up now an then usually fixed within 24 hours if not sooner. It makes sense to have everything under 1 roof rather than having multiple sources which would be too much work!
