Review on 🏭 De'Longhi ECP3420 Bar Pump Espresso & Cappuccino Machine, 15-inch, Black by George Miller

Having owned this coffee maker for a little over 3 months I'm updating my first review after using the coffee maker for about 3 weeks. Then I was very satisfied with the device. My current complaint relates to the descaling of the device. I do this every 6 weeks and follow DeLonghi's directions carefully, including taking a 5 minute break between flushes. The problem is that the repeated rinsing cycles seem to overheat the machine and stop dispensing coffee after the descaling is complete. I have to let the device rest for half a day before it works again. Another problem that arose recently was that the coffee continued to come out in small droplets after the machine was switched off. I have to let the cup sit for another 2 or 3 minutes before it stops serving. I would like DeLonghi to monitor customer feedback and respond to complaints. This is a way to improve their product and make their customers happy. I would not buy this or any other DeLonghi product again.
