I bought these stands hoping they would work with some speakers I bought around the same time. I received the stand only to find that once assembled I can no longer use the banana plugs I bought with the stand. As you can see in the picture, banana plugs will not fit if your speakers have plugs in the center of the speaker that are very close together. I even tried increasing the spacing with the spacers that came with it. However, they don't give you the wing nuts to match the longer bolts as they are designed to fit directly into the speaker without using a keyhole. Setup is pretty easy. Attaching speakers using the keyhole method is difficult unless you have an extra hand. Overall I will be returning this set as I need coasters that work with both the keyhole method and banana plugs.
