As a pro at DIY, I'm constantly searching for reputable office supply shops to buy my supplies and tools from. Milolo, unfortunately, is lacking in every area. It is difficult to locate what you need on their website because it is clumsy and difficult to use. And even when you do discover what you're looking for, the choice is meager. Even worse, their workplace supplies are of terrible quality. After a few uses, ink runs out of pens, paper jams in printers, and staplers can hardly hold together a few pages of paper. It appears as though they purchased their goods from the very bottom of the clearance rack. Even their paper goods, like notes and card stock, are of poor quality. Any DIY endeavor using their materials will appear shoddy and amateur because of the materials' poor quality. Not to be overlooked is their customer support. It hardly exists at all. Customers who make an effort to contact their support staff are never responded to, leaving them feeling annoyed and uncared for. In conclusion, I advise you to look elsewhere if you're looking for a trustworthy office supply shop. Milolo falls short in every area, including website usability, product quality, and client support. Shop at a place that values its customers and sells high-quality goods to save yourself the hassle.
