Works well, solid construction. I have a model that is suitable for Joy-Cons and Pro controllers at the same time. This requires you to stick a small key into your pro controller, but you can leave it on while you play - it's a little annoying, but not too bad. LED indicators that independently show the charging status of each controller. The base features a simple cable management system that plugs directly into an available USB port on the switch. The USB cable is of poor quality and non-replaceable, but it works perfectly. In general I'm very happy with it, it keeps all controllers clean and loaded.
