I can't say some of the negative reviews are wrong or wrong but my experience was very different. Blinds arrived in the box in perfect condition. I'm not the king of crafty hands, but I've installed blinds at home before. That's not difficult. After making a pair, you should basically understand what needs to be done. They were easy to install and this is the first time I have installed wireless shutters as all my previous home installs have had wired shutters. your blinds. But it's not that difficult to install them. I put them on a back window that doesn't get much direct sunlight and they worked fine there. One review says, if I understand correctly, that you have to install the blinds in the brackets first and then somehow install the brackets, but that's just not true. Mark a few pilot holes for the brackets at the top, use a wood bit to drill small pilot holes, install the brackets correctly using the pilot holes for the screws, then snap the fins into the installed brackets. If you do it differently, you're probably doing it wrong. I don't want to criticize the other reviewers who I'm sure are pretty honest and had issues, but I really don't think it's very hard. Installed blinds look good. I will say that I prefer to install and use corded blinds, but in the US that's no longer an option, so you'll have to settle for something like this.
