I ask for a replacement.

Even before I could use the heat press, the cable connecting the mug (heat press) to the computer broke, it seems crazy that something that could do so much damage can before breaks I even use it! This is insane and I do not recommend this product to anyone. The cable connectors are in a bad place. I ask for a replacement or a better updated model!
