I know this pillow is advertised as a cooling pad. I don't notice any cooling effect. I know I absolutely LOVE this pillow. I've spent many years trying to find the perfect pillow. That's what I was looking for. I even bought 2 more for gifts and they love their pillows. I bought a spare tire in case something happens to this pillow and I can't find it anymore. I like flatter pillows so I removed about half of the shredded foam. That's the beauty of it. You can customize it however you like. I love his complacency. I love how it suits my face and neck. Just try. I don't think you will regret buying this pillow.
