Great for baking, and cleans easy.
I didn't get this for bread per se, I'll try that later, but I got this for making breaded sausages in the oven, I poured in some batter, dropped in a sausage, then poured in a little more batter, and baked. Turned out awesome. Would definitely recommend. (Just make sure you follow the included seasoning instructions before use.)
