R5 3600 was switched to this processor. The frequency decreased to 2800 on R5 3600 at 100% core load, and the temperature was around 90 degrees. G. Skill 3600 CL16 was using the memory, however this frequency could not be set. 3533 was the last steady. I attributed it to the motherboard at the time. After the processor was replaced, the memory began operating at a frequency of 3600 CL16. All cores were operated at 100% load with a frequency of 4100 Hz and a maximum temperature of 85 °C.
