This light provides good lighting for video conferencing and training videos. Lighting options are listed in the product description. The stand is short, so its usefulness is limited to tabletop (or floor) demonstrations. If necessary, the flashlight can be mounted on a larger tripod/monopod; The power cord is 2 m long. The Bluetooth remote works with your phone's camera to activate the shutter. A power adapter with a USB port is required for the power cord. The great thing about this set is that you get a lot of mounting material for your setup: two phone holders, a tilt head, a small tripod, a remote control.
