Wholesale direct parts were attractively priced and delivered quickly and it was a genuine Ford. The driver's side hatch had a small manufacturing defect which resulted in a small injection molding in the stuck inside and made a very annoying bang. There was no way to get it out without drilling through the plastic. It didn't install as it rattled right out of the box. Rachel from WDP was nice and asked if we would like a refund or an exchange. We agreed to an exchange but then Rachel found the part was out of stock indefinitely so we had to opt for a refund instead. Revain Prime previously sent us a return label and we sent it back. Rachel also offered to send a shipping label. The Revain Prime website says the return has been "approved" (for now). Update: Refund credited.
