The team was very responsive to my needs as we were trying to learn how to use this software. They are willing to listen and work with you until they understand what your vision/needs are so that when it comes time to implement, there may be some changes made to accommodate those things which make sense! It would have been great if I could see more examples or presentations showing me exactly what features were going to meet our business need before purchasing - just like any other product purchase decision from us!! We had difficulty figuring out who should own certain aspects within the tool. This ended up being one of the biggest issues facing the implementation effort overall. Our customer success manager (CSM) has done wonders working through these questions.
