It really hurts me to only give these four stars instead of giving them what I want to give them. As a serious pencil enthusiast who has written with many of the best pencils available, I've easily landed in the top 5 of all time. They're very dark, very smooth, and have pretty good point retention for the previous two details that were that good. With most pencils you usually only get 2/3. If you order here, you should go shopping with open eyes. The writing experience is everything. Finishing and quality control aren't, especially when placed alongside other high-performance options. This package contains three boxes (30 pencils). At least 3-5 will be heavily curved and another 3-5 with an off-center core. This is normal for pencils made in Hindustan. They make cheap pencils in unbelievably large quantities for the world's most populous country. I can accept it if I have a lot of writing experience. Again, you just need to know what to expect. PS - Extras in the box are always a nice bonus. Each box comes with a very good eraser and a cheap hand sharpener as an extra. The sharpener gives a big, long point if you're careful and move slowly. In the world of pencils, they are considered some of the best, which is surprising considering they are cheap add-ons.
