My 3-year-old is scared to death of electric clippers, no matter how quiet they are. I took him to one of the children's barbers, but they can only do a haircut like this with fingers and scissors. That was my answer! It comes with scissors, a cape and a 1/2" to 1-1/2" attachment and it cuts beautifully, very sharp. Yes, it takes a little longer than an electric clipper, but I'd rather spend 10 minutes with these scissors and a happy kid than spend 5 minutes with a screaming kid scared of the sound of an electric clipper. In the photo I've attached, I used protection number 3. I have to trim it around my ears with regular clippers, but I don't want to do too much on it in one day. Next time I'll probably use the next attachment to make it a little shorter because my son's hair is so straight it just stands up. rzunimag. Overall a great product! So happy!
