The instructions were a bit confusing - it would be helpful if they explained why they are making you follow the different steps. I couldn't get the plunger to snap onto the "top" notch on my first attempt at the chop. It would be nice to know that this is only good for two fixes. I don't see a big difference at all. I was very annoyed that they didn't say they would send it with the signature required for delivery. This meant it was delayed by two days and I had to go to the UPS store to collect it. Very impractical for such a small purchase - you have to open it.
