I use this scanner every day at work. I had it for a little over a year when the touchscreen stopped working. I emailed tech support to ask if they could help me even though it's been over a year since I bought it. Christina emailed me asking for a video of the problem. I sent the video and in the next email she said they would replace it. I couldn't believe it. Even after a year. What company does this. They gave me instructions on how to send my scanner to them and said once they received it they would send me a new one. I sent it and on the day of delivery she emailed me the tracking information for my replacement. My new scanner arrived 3 days later. There was a problem with the new scan tool and my email address. I emailed Kristin again and she took care of it. I registered it with my email address and got free updates for another year. Christina did everything to make sure I was happy with the result. The best customer service I've ever dealt with. Not to mention it's a great scanning tool. You won't find anything better in this price range. I definitely recommend this company and this tool.
