Okay, important info: I'm 50 years old, 5'10", 175 lbs, 43" chest, 32" waist and about 15% body fat. I usually mark in large t-shirt.The LARGE defender compression shirts fit me perfectly without being tight and have about an inch extra sleeve length which is not a big deal.The bottom of the shirt is long enough to be tucked in, about 6-7 inches As this is a compression shirt I expect and want it to fit like a second skin Compared to my old Champion C9 Mock compression top (also large) the fit is similar but the sleeves are shorter on the C9, as is the length. The fabric of the defender is a bit more sheer and very stretchy but not in the cheap/thin sense. I like it as my C9 was too warm in the summer. Will buy this again, especially at the current price of $20 for a kit with 3 shirts!
