I love the savings of this ink but with my new printer even though it prints with ink it doesn't recognize it that they're in the printer, so I don't know when it's empty. Instead of an ink level I get an X. I have never had this problem and am very disappointed and will look for a new place to buy ink in the future. *UPDATE* 8/30/2020 I received an email from the seller and he offered me a refund or sent me a replacement ink. I opted for replacement inks and they only arrived after 2 days. I have never had to change ink in a printer but wanted to come and update my review. I was provided excellent customer service and will continue to buy ink from this seller!
