Although I have only used the pan once the experience has been impressive. First, my Detroit-style pizza wasn't sticky at all. I quickly washed them with warm soapy water and dried them thoroughly before using them, but otherwise only quickly brushed them with oil before pressing in the pizza dough and had no problems removing the finished pizza after baking. offers ease of use, but the pizza it produces is pretty impressive. The crust was perfectly crispy, just like a Detroit-style pizza should be, which was nice to see since I didn't know how my batter recipe would work in this pan. I've noticed a few very small chips in the coating on the rim of the pan so I'll keep an eye on the ones that are used constantly to see if they rust. Otherwise a great pan that works exactly as it should. I used a metal spatula to remove the finished pizza from the pan and as LloydPans said using the metal spatula did not damage the pan at all. Great product and I look forward to making more pizza with this pan.
