Just screwed. Not a hard job at all.
Screws directly onto the studs. Very easy work. As for drain plugs, you don't need to buy anything. Although it looks like the big nut below can drain it, I just do it from the lower radiator hose. Installed this evening and drove around a bit. Solved my leakage problem.
