Review on Pergear Support Panoramic Rotation Monopods by Ricky Brooks

The Pergear Tripod Ball Head is amazing! I really like it and it makes using my Gorillapod even better than before. I got this specifically to use with my Gorillapod because sometimes it just can't read exactly how I want it to. This head is fairly light due to its small size, so it doesn't add much weight to the Gorillapod rig. it's just a lot easier to set up, especially with a small camera like a gopro. Build Quality: To be honest I have a three sided Manfrotto head on my main shooter's tripod and I would say this ball head is on par with a Manfrotto in terms of quality. , which is saying a lot considering the tiny price tag of $25. All the knobs are really good, everything is metal parts and the spin action is incredibly smooth. Adjusting the tightening of each knob, everything fits tight and tight and holds up very well. Features: This is a basic ball head but it has all the features I think I need. The camera's quick release mount itself has a small spirit level, which is useful for checking that the shots are level. The two knobs for the turning movement can be turned easily and smoothly. The fast shutdown is different than all my other devices, but it doesn't matter to me. I'll be using it primarily for my GoPro or phone mount, so I won't be putting a really heavy camera here. The quick release works well and is a bit different than what I've seen before. It's also fully reversible, so you can attach the clip however you like. The screw on the clamp has a slot for fitting, and the quick release plate also has horizontal adjustment. This can help accommodate off-center weights and ease overall adjustment. Value: This ball head is amazing value and while it doesn't have some of the features that others have (adjustment knobs vs knobs) or maybe it won't last. The cameras weigh 15 pounds, but for only $25 I can't ask for more. The amazing build quality, smooth operation and comfortable grip make it a great photography gear. I would definitely buy this again.
