It was too good to be true. The price was very reasonable - about $5 a pound on sale. I bought three sachets on faith as I have had Lavazza in the past and love Super Crema and Gran Crema. I love dark roasts but not this blend. If it's on sale, it's worth trying. Update 26 Nov 18: Correction, I retract my original feedback. We used this coffee in a regular drip machine in the mornings. The problem is that my wife and I disagree on how much coffee to use when making coffee. Unfortunately, she usually brews coffee to her liking, which is much weaker than by all accounts it should be. On a whim I wanted a cup tonight so I brought my French Press. I put in just the right amount of ground coffee (twice as much as my wife uses) and WOW! This coffee is wonderful, very smooth and rich. Very pleasant aroma. Tastes just as good as Starbucks House Blend. Looks like I'll have to keep the French press to myself in the mornings. I apologize to Lavazza for my previous review.
