Bought for a 3 year old child. They were very difficult to use, not easy at all to cut thick paper. disappointment for a child. I tried them too and it wasn't easy, I had to try again and again in the same place. The handle also broke off on one side. Cheap plastic and the "blade" should be sharper. I would not recommend it.
