If you want an unreliable piece of junk buy this product.

When you buy a dog training product and your dog runs into the street and the product accidentally stops working (the battery has been charged), that's a big problem. It worked well for a week and we have made tremendous progress with our dog. Then it just didn't work. We thought it was the battery and charged it, although it appeared to be fully charged. Since then it has only worked sporadically. We stopped using it after a day as it was unreliable. Also, the buttons are very easy to accidentally use the shock when you are about to use the vibration. I strongly do not recommend it.
