Slippery on the underside of the cutting board!

This is a plastic NOT rubber. The cutting board slips on the worktop when cutting. I used a rubber pen on the protectors which work great until the glue comes loose. I was really hoping these screw on protectors would be a good buy but they are NOT. piss off!
