It's good. good for me
So I don't clean this thing often. Actually, I've never cleaned it and it still works fine (had it a few months). Also, I don't use my thermapen to ensure it's at the correct temp.I just trust it. The main benefit is that it gets up to temp pretty fast and it holds it there. My pour over still tastes AMAZING.
- Can be used by left and right-handed people
- Might not be able to regulate temperature as well as advertised
