Ramekins nor perfect, but the "work "
I like that the arrived well packaged, i.e., all undamaged. I would have preferred a different aspect ratio, i.e., narrower diameter but bigger height. But they do the job, and the cost per each is reasonable.
- I made baked Ricotta. It came out great. π
- Can be difficult to serve dishes due to small size
