Husband is an avid hunter and we are both sport shooters. We live in New England and I don't think there's anything flat here! The range finder, which he had for years and paid dearly for, was recently covered in dust. I thought about cleaning it, but that's another story. It had good reviews and given the cheap price it was worth a try. So true. There's a dollar hanging in the garage as proof. It has a really great semi-solid sturdy body. Can be slipped through a belt and fastened with a zipper. When using it outdoors, you can simply slip the rangefinder into its case, slip the rubber strap over the grip (I can't think of a better word at the moment) to attach it quietly without having to close it. It's very easy. We don't play golf so we can't talk to this app but for hunting it's an asset.
