I have to say that I am absolutely disappointed with this model. I had it a few years ago and loved it and was so excited that it was still available. I can't brew a new cup since I plugged it in. I keep getting an intermittent news bulletin and cleaning the needle. I had to call Keurig and they sent me a cleaning tool to try first. If it doesn't work, they send a new one, but of a different model. Your customer service is great so I give it a 2. Your service is a 5 but this model is not very good. Although I like the look, the feature doesn't work. This model is also no longer in production, so you won't be able to find it in stores.
