Discontinued model due to problems

I had to look for a replacement at Keurig. So disappointed with this bowl. Didn't work properly the first time I used it. Would give a code that there were pressure problems and blow the coffee grounds into your cup or carafe. I really liked the idea of choosing between a mug or a thermopot. It just won't work properly. The Keurig help center was very nice and tried to figure out what the problem was and ended up sending me another model. Find out they no longer make this model due to problems.

Old reliable! K-200 2.0! #1

We have owned this model for about 4 years and NEVER A PROBLEM! In the end, after 4 years, the pump began to weaken and cleaning did not help, so I read a review of the new models K-Select was cheap garbage with the same defective product from the manufacturer, and K-Elite is not much better. So why not use our old model? Works great every time, easy to use.1. Change the filter once a month.2. Descale Every 2 months.3. I only use filtered water from my fridge. Keurig Please pay more attention…

Pros
  • New to my collection
Cons
  • Not Automatic

Don't waste your money on this model

I have to say that I am absolutely disappointed with this model. I had it a few years ago and loved it and was so excited that it was still available. I can't brew a new cup since I plugged it in. I keep getting an intermittent news bulletin and cleaning the needle. I had to call Keurig and they sent me a cleaning tool to try first. If it doesn't work, they send a new one, but of a different model. Your customer service is great so I give it a 2. Your service is a 5 but this model is not very…

Pros
  • Robust construction
Cons
  • There are more interesting options.

Disturbance is good for kitchen and dining room

I originally bought this coffee pot for my mother for last Mother's Day (about two months ago) and she loved it. It worked great for a while, she said it seemed to use a lot of water (more than mine which has a larger touchscreen) but other than that she had no complaints and was very happy with it. However, her computer had recently failed, resulting in a blank screen where she couldn't select anything. She's tried everything from clicking the screen to trying to reset it (and hopefully she's…

Pros
  • Easy installation
Cons
  • Expensive insurance
