We have owned this model for about 4 years and NEVER A PROBLEM! In the end, after 4 years, the pump began to weaken and cleaning did not help, so I read a review of the new models K-Select was cheap garbage with the same defective product from the manufacturer, and K-Elite is not much better. So why not use our old model? Works great every time, easy to use.1. Change the filter once a month.2. Descale Every 2 months.3. I only use filtered water from my fridge. Keurig Please pay more attention to quality control in the future! I almost dumped you guys if I couldn't get the K-200 back. There was no date display, but that's okay.
