Great grater for small batches
I like to mix grated ginger with freshly squeezed lemon juice, honey or maple syrup. If I'm just making a jar or two, I use this grater. It is easy to use and washes up quickly. I just use it to stir the ginger in a jar before adding other ingredients and then give it a quick rinse.
